Thank you my friend, honestly it’s just trial and error when it comes to editing [I usually don’t know what I’m doing before I actually do It], I use a free editing software that works kinda similar to Photoshop called ‘Paint.NET’, It’s nowhere near as equipped as Photoshop but it does a decent enough job for my broke ass. I basically just experiment with the Curves tool and layers/blend modes until I come up with an interesting looking image, It’s all just experimentation really. When it comes to taking photographs a tip I would give is to try and capture scenes/subjects in a way that you wouldn’t usually see them photographed, whether it be from unorthodox angles, playing with exposure settings or focal points etc etc.. take photos for yourself, of things that YOU think are interesting and worth capturing and if other people appreciate your photos then that’s a bonus. So yeah.. my advice is basically to be original and shoot whatever you want.. nobody wants to see the same photos over and over again… at least I don’t. EXPERIMENTATION!
haha.. so much for ‘photo a day’
you need a life for that one.
